A framework for building resilient coordination through relationship, ritual, memory, and shared standards.
When to use it
A framework for building resilient coordination through relationship, ritual, memory, and shared standards.
What it is
Trusted Human Systems are the relational and institutional structures that let people coordinate with dignity.
They include people, rooms, rituals, shared language, records, norms, capital agreements, and repair mechanisms.
How to apply
Map the system. Name who carries trust, where the memory lives, what rituals reinforce standards, and how repair happens when trust is strained.
Then create one artifact that makes the system easier to understand or easier to trust.
